1. Please make sure to box up product in original boxes with all paperwork and parts
2. Please makes sure to write a short note with the reason for the return, and if you would like placement or refund also include your contact information for us to look up your account.
3. Make sure items are shipped properly so they make it to us in good condition.
Once we receive a return, we will process a refund or replacement in 24 to 48 business hours.
Speakers with burnt coils, is frozen up, or has physical damage will not be accepted.
Amplifiers that have been smoked from improper use will not be accepted.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
A 20% restocking fee applies on all items returned for a refund and or store credit.
If you receive a manufacture defective item and want to return or exchange it there is no restocking fee.
No refunds will be given on items that have been opened or used and will be exchange only.
Anything being returned must include all original parts and packaging sent.
(Boxes, Packing, Instructions, ETC) Everything we sent needs to come back
Serial numbers must match from order being returned on product and box.
